Amy Goldwasser is the editor of RED and redthebook.com. She graduated from Ernest W. Seaholm High school in Birmingham, Michigan, in 1988, and has since written and edited for publications including Elle, Seventeen, The New Yorker, Vogue, Runner's World, The New York Times Magazine, Salon, New York, and Outside. She teaches editing in the Columbia Publishing Course an writing at the Lower Eastside Girls Club. Goldwasser shares a home and an office in New York's East Village with her husband, illustrator Peter Arkle.
